Redesigning your home page won't help. Investing in a new content management system won't fix it, either. So, where do you start?Without meaningful content, your website isn't worth much to your key audiences. But creating (and caring for) "meaningful" content is far more complicated than we're often willing to acknowledge.
In this workshop, you will learn how to:
- Create, deliver, and govern great online content
- Get stakeholders to understand and align on the business value of content
- Integrate content strategy into your current web strategy processes using a repeatable methodology
- Conduct a quantitative and qualitative content audit
- Structure content strategy documentation
Presenter: Kristina Halvorson is the founder and president of Brain Traffic, an internationally-renowned agency specializing in content strategy and writing for websites. She regularly speaks to audiences around the world about how to deliver useful and usable content online. She is the author of the new book "Content Strategy for the Web".
